Broccoli Cheese Soup

from the kitchen of Niki

2 16 oz packages frozen chopped broccoli
2 10 3/4 oz cans condensed cheddar cheese soup
2 10 oz cans evaporated milk
1/4 cup dried minced onions
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Combine all ingredients in greased 4 to 6 quart crock pot. Cover and cook on high heat for 2 to 3 hours or on low for 4 to 5 hours.

Spoon over baked potato or garnish with bacon.
