Pink Slush



This is the most delicious and easiest slush ever!- Only 3 ingredients!
1/2 gal Pineapple Sherbet
1 10 oz frozen strawberries or raspberries in syrup
3 bananas (sliced in quarters)


Soften sherbet and frozen berries. Combine and add bananas, Refreeze until 30-60 minutes before serving. It is so refreshing and wonderful! Every time I make this everyone wants the recipe!

Almond Punch

1 (12oz) can frozen orange juice, thawed
1 (12oz) can frozen lemonade, thawed
3 c sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp almond extract
20 c water
2 qt Sprite

Mix together and serve.  This drink is sooooo yummy and perfect for fall and holiday parties!

Holiday Hot Chocolate

1 C sugar
1/3 C Hersey's unsweetened cocoa
1/8 tsp salt
1C water
5 1/2 C milk
1 (12 oz) Can evaporated milk or 1 1/2 C cream
1 TBSP vanilla

In sauce pan combine sugar, cocoa, and salt: add water. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils. Boil and stir 2 min. Stir in milk and evaporated milk or cream and heat. DO NOT BOIL. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour in a thermos for easy serving. Makes 8 servings.

Limeade-cucumber slush

1 can frozen limeade concentrate
2 2L bottles of Diet 7-Up
1/2 Cucumber sliced

Pour both bottles of Diet 7-Up over the frozen limeade and stir until mixed. Add sliced cucumber and serve.
This never turns out like a true "slush" for me, but it is SO refreshing, and everyone who has tried it has loved it!

Fruit Slush

1/2 gal pineapple sherbet
10 oz frozen strawberries or raspberries in syrup
3-4 bananas
Unthaw sherbet until soft. Add fruit, syrup and all; mix well and freeze. Unthaw 1 hour before serving or until soft. Does not require any soda pop! Wonderful!

Coconut Tres Leches Hot Chocolate

Start to Finish: 10 minutes

Ingredients

· 3 cups fat-free milk
· 1 14-oz. can unsweetened coconut milk
· 1/2 of a 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk (2/3-cup)
· 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
· 1/2 tsp. vanilla
· Sweetened whipped cream (optional)
 1/4 cup chocolate shavings (optional)

Directions
1. In medium saucepan combine fat-free milk, coconut milk, and sweetened condensed milk. Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally. Whisk in cocoa powder until well-combined.
2. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Serve in mugs topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Makes 5 (1-cup) servings.
