Snickerdoodles

From the kitchen of Jewal

1 c shortening or butter
1 ½ c sugar
2 eggs
2 ¼ c flour
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp soda
¼ tsp salt

Mix all together. Roll into balls then roll in cinnamon sugar and bake at 400 for 6-8 minutes.
