100% Whole Wheat Bread

from the kitchen of Jewal

5 c hot water
1 T salt
2 T gluten flour (opt)
1/4 c oil
3/4 c honey
10-12 c whole wheat flour
2 T yeast

Mix all ingredients.  Knead in your mixer for 6 minutes.  Let rise for 15 minutes.  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.  Makes 3 large loaves.
